Job Title: Collections Advisor
Start Date: June/July start dates
Contract: Permanent
Location: Homebased - will be reviewed ongoing
Salary: up to GBP19,500
Working pattern: Mon 0800-20.00, Tues- Fri 0800-18.00. No weekend working!

As a collections advisor, you will be taking inbound and outbound calls. With effective questioning and listening skills, you will need to ensure a satisfactory conclusion for the customer and provide the most comfortable repayment plan for them. With your confident approach, we want you to treat our customers as you would expect to be treated and let them know they are in safe hands.
Initially our collections advisors will be home based, so you need to ensure you have a quiet place to work and a reliable internet connection. A laptop will be provided. Our offices our currently under refurbishment, so you will have a great working environment when you do return.
