Ideal Recruit are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our busy client's office in Runcorn. As a Service Controller you will be involved in a vital part of the service delivery team, you will need to be organised and have great attention to detail
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Centre point for all Customers and Engineers
* Dealing with quotes
* Dealing with breakdowns
* Dealing with queries and complaints
Experience: Essential/Desirable
* Worked in a similar role
* Strong customer service skills
* Attention to detail
* Plant/FLT service experience
Service Engineers, Service Coordinator, Service Controller, Hire Desk, Plant/FLT, Customer Service, Administration
