Commercial Cleaner

Blu Turtle Cleaning Services are currently recruiting for a Commercial Cleaner to join our team based in Bournemouth. This role is on a Zero-hour contract.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as a Commercial Cleaner, it will be your responsibility to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a standard, these will include:
Sweeping, hoovering and mopping floors
Empty rubbish bins
Service toilets
Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
Wiping down and sanitising communal areas
Be able to tackle any heavy-duty cleaning jobs upon request
Ensuring all outside and communal walkways remain clear and free of any debris
Notify management of any repairs
Mix and dispose of cleaning solutions appropriatelyWho are we looking for?
As our ideal Commercial Cleaner, you will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. Training will be provided to create a Blu Turtle standard however, good previous knowledge of health and hygiene is essential.
We are looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations by ensuring all bathrooms and sparkling, floors and spotless and rubbish is removed on time at all times. You will also possess:
Ability to handle heavy equipment and/or machinery used in cleaning
General good fitness
Be able to work within a team and as well as alone
Attention to detail is essential
Self-motivated with the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
Excellent organisation skills is a must
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals storage and disposal methods is desirable (Training will be provided)
Good general English and maths
Punctuality is essential and tasks will have a deadline
Be able to adapt to surroundings and be flexible to changes in duties.

As our Commercial Cleaner, we can offer a salary of GBP12 per hour plus a range of benefits.
