One of my TOP CLIENTS is seeking an After Sales Consultant to join their customer service team to help maintain good client relations by continuing communications after purchases are made to provide equipment repairs, maintenance and advice. You will be joining a small but POWERFUL customer service team, who lead by their hearts and truly care about the service they provide. INTERVIEWS NEXT WEEK

Some Responsibilities include;

Co-ordinate Reactive Repairs, Workshop repairs and Trial Equipment

Co-ordinate the preventative Maintenance Contracts Calendar

Order parts for repairs and maintenance, schedule and book engineers at customer request

Liaise with customers and operations team to co-ordinate timely deliveries.

Provide information relating to all after sales queries

provide customers with adequate knowledge to help maintain and care their products.

Carry out any other reasonable instruction to support the business

Requirements;

Healthcare experience would be desirable

Experience in after sales / internal sales / customer retention / customer service also desirable
