You:

• We are seeking candidates that always seek to provide great customer service in a sometimes challenging environment, people that go 'above and beyond' to offer our customers a solution that really fits their needs.
• You will need to enjoy working with customers and be able to demonstrate a positive can do attitude and at times tolerance, sympathy and understanding.
• You are likely to have either worked in a busy call centre or have previous experience of road based logistics or other parallel industries such as private hire fleets or vehicle rental.
• You will need to enjoy working as part of a team and have good computer and telephone skills.
• All candidates are subject to CRB checks.

The role:

• The role involves dispatching our fleet of over 200 service vans and recovery vehicles to provide emergency assistance across Southern England.
• Once we have accepted an assistance call you will manage the stranded motorist updating them with timescales and work progress.
• Calls for assistance come from a variety of sources including all major motoring organisations and individual private customers via IT links or phone.
• You will manage and assist our technicians and drivers to reach productivity and other targets.
• Most of our shift patterns are four days on followed by four days off with plenty of opportunity for overtime.
• Dependent on your requirement we can also offer weekend or evening only positions.
• You will be offered a competitive salary package with a high basic wage coupled with a overtime bonus that means in excess of GBP30,000 is achievable.
