Supply Chain Admin Assistant
Job Type: Full Time, FTC - 12 months
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 (dep on experience)
Location: Working from home and Coalville (Hybrid)
We are looking for someone who has worked previously within a purchasing role or within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding/foundation in supply chain and materials planning - This experience is essential.
This is an administrative role which will involve working on excel and SAP. The role will include working from home for majority of the week once you have finished your training which will be completed in a covid friendly office for a few weeks.
This role is working within a head office location for a national manufacturer and supplier.
The role will also involve:
• Working with the business to raise purchase orders when requested
• Managing stock levels and ensuring there is always stock available as required
• Forecasting of future sales by analysis of trends
• Dealing with purchase orders - Raising these and ensuring they are put through on time
• Stakeholder management - Liaising with both internal and external
• Helping customers with customer queries on products and orders that come through
• Providing support to quality control
• Creating weekly reports
You must be good with the following:
• MS office
• SAP (not essential but ideal)
• Excel - Must have good understanding of this
