Sous Chef, Southwold, GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 plus tips
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our clients friendly team at this wonderful pub situated in the heart of Southwold. Working alongside the Head Chef, the ideal candidate will be passionate about food, creative & keen to further their career.
This position would suit a current Sous Chef with 1-2 years experience or a switched on Junior Sous looking for a promotion.
As part of your role you will be responsible for running your individual section, ensuring excellent standards of cooking & presentation at all times

The Role:
• Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and implement regular menu changes which reflect seasonality and drive business success
• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
• Preparing meals for the bar and restaurant
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients
