My client is a beautiful 4* Hotel that boasts an impressive Rosette awarded restaurant. They are now looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Operations, in order to ensure excellent service is provided at all times, and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality of guest service standard, with the aim to exceed expectations at all times
Ensuring that you are visible and accessible to our guests, by showing a presence throughout the business
Display excellent interpersonal skills, in order to motivate and get the most out of your team
Overseeing and ensuring the effective management and control of revenue and billing is achieved throughout the operation
Controlling both Front of House and Back of House teams
Ensure that the business is operating profitably, by controlling stock, payroll, consumables and purchasing
To maximise sales and revenue from all areas of the operation
Liaise closely with the management team to provide support and input into all business, sales and marketing activities
