Contract Scotland is looking for an experienced, process driven Administrator to join our client in Barrhead on a temporary basis for 3 to 4 months. As Process Development Assistant you will support the business in the development, implementation and quality of new business policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to support the development and early implementation of the Business Management System. This a varied role and will involve supporting all departments in the business. This involves:

• Providing assistance in writing procedures
• Giving more in-depth support to departments with little experience/few current procedures in place
• Assisting departments in developing their Business Management System folder structure
• Checking procedures and forms are correct/complete, including coverage, coding, cross-referencing, identifying responsibilities, etc.
• Assisting with completing hyperlinks on Common Data Environment
• Assisting with training and support through the implementation of the new Business Management System
• Updating progress trackers and registers
• Monitoring compliance against Business Management System delivery programme

To be considered for this position, the ideal person will have:

• Robust understanding of ISO 9001:2015
• Experience in writing procedures and forms
• Experience of Quality/Business Management Systems
• Experience of construction desirable but not essential
• A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook predominantly)

In addition you must be a team player with the ability to support colleagues throughout the process. You will be process driven, delivering accurate work in line with company standards and within agreed timescales. You must be organised and professional with good communication and prioritisation skills.
