As a Physiotherapist, you'll be working as part of the Intermediate Care team in Camberley where we deliver services across Surrey Heath.

At Camberley you'll join a team dedicated team with a "Good" CQC rating and work within an Integrated Care Team within Surrey Heath.

As a Physiotherapist you will

* Offer support to patients in their own homes who have acute and long-term conditions and play an important role in them regaining their independence.

* Work with an MDT approach to patient care and work very closely with the wider Integrated Care team.

* Supervise Junior registered and non-registered staff.

* Have access to own vehicle as the job is community based.
