Technical Administrator

We squish every last droplet of fruitiness from real fruit to create beverages bursting with flavour, using only real sugar and no artificial sweeteners. We work with only the finest fruit growers and squash real fruit using our 'squisher' - a special machine that squeezes all the fruity goodness out of each and every piece of fruit.
Established in 1981 as a family run business, we are based in a village just outside of Exeter in Devon. We have a small, dedicated team of employees, and we pride ourselves on making authentic drinks following original recipes.
We are part of SHS Group, a dynamic and entrepreneurial brand owner and service provider which has been thriving for over 40 years in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, employing over 1,000 people across the UK and Ireland.
The Role - Technical Administrator
Reporting to the Head of Technical, as the Technical Administrator you will provide support to Technical Department members and help ensure that the department is running smoothly.
Your duties will include although will not be limited to:
* Inputting technical data records and maintaining QA Goods In and technical KPI spreadsheets
* Completing customer questionnaires
* Assisting with routine raw material requests
* Carrying out administrative tasks relating to New Product Development
* Preparing kitchen samples from a provided recipe
* Liaising with suppliers on new ingredients, packaging, and sample requests
* Preparing samples for despatch
Our Requirements - Technical Administrator
* IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Good communication skills and team working ability
* The ability to work proactively and unsupervised
* Excellent time management skills
* Full UK driving licence is preferable, due to rural location of our site
The Package
As Technical Administrator, you'll receive:
* A salary in the region of GBP20,000 to GBP23,000, with the level dependent on experience
* Contributory pension scheme
* Free on-site parking
* Permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm from our Exeter site
