37.5 hours per week working 9am- 5pm

South W - Due to the location being a driver with own transport is essential

Office Angels are recruiting for a busy Customer Service Administrator role for one of our clients based in South Warrington due to growth!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Processing high volume customer orders via telephone and email
Dealing with customer queries
Responding to enquiries regarding products, delivery, invoicing issues and returns
Positively respond to emails representing the company in a great way
Processing payments using Worldpay
Responding to queries in an appropriate manner
Keeping all documentation organised and easily accessibleExperience:

Experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
Great IT skills with ability to pick up in house systems quickly
Excellent communication skills
Work well within a teamBenefits:
