Marketing Manager, Swindon, Up to GBP40,000 Basic Salary, dependent on experience.

This is a highly varied, exciting and rewarding role with a well-established business who have been experiencing phenomenal growth over the past year. This is a standalone role, reporting straight to the board of directors with significant input into the direction of the company. Therefore, you must be a confident, professional individual with the shrewdness to make well-researched commercial recommendations.

The role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking for key input into company direction, greater autonomy and the opportunity to progress into marketing management in the medium term.

You will have autonomy over the marketing strategy and to succeed, you will probably have a degree in marketing or be CIM qualified, with strategic product marketing experience.

However, the essential criteria are:

1) Commercial marketing experience and considerable knowledge of digital marketing.

2) Experience in marketing automation- any hubspot experience is a huge bonus!

2) You will be extremely bright, willing to learn new skills and enjoy taking on new responsibilities.

3) You will be able to manage multiple projects at once and be confident, 'commercially savvy' and love learning new technologies.

This role is a combination of taking responsibility for all marketing activities and outsourcing to third-party agencies when necessary.

To be considered for this position you are required to have two years' plus experience in marketing ideally in a Business to Business environment.

You must know about digital marketing in areas such as search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click (PPC), and you will have a practical understanding on how social media is used for business. Also, you will have experience of running email marketing campaigns and understand the concept of 'inbound marketing' or marketing automation
