We are currently looking for an experienced Multi SKilled Operative to carry out repairs ensuring that the work is completed to a defined quality and to relevant technical standards.
You will be proactive in supporting Management in achieving targets and will always provide excellent customer service by dealing with all customers appropriately and effectively
The successful person will:
- Hold a relevant City & Guilds Craft Certificate
- Have completed a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent and/or minimum of NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent
- Have experience working in the housing repair / maintenance sector.
- Have experience of dealing with the public.
- Be able to organise and prioritise a varied workload to meet targets.
- Be able to diagnose maintenance problems and identify solutions.
- Be able to undertake maintenance work across a number of separate trades.
- Knowledge of construction methods.
You are also required to hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
