Order Pickers - Immediate start available!
CareerMakers are working in partnership with prestigious client based in Castleford (WF10). We are currently recruiting for experienced Order Pickers available for an immediate start.
Pay Rate- GBP8.91
Shift Hours - Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
Skills required:
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong English language skills
* Previous warehouse experience
* Able to adapt and work quickly
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to work using own initiative without requiring constant supervision
* Reliability: attending work on time, no frequent absences
* Ability to accept feedback from supervisor and take on board suggestions / direction
Candidate requirements:
* Excellent communication would be required on site
* Unloading and loading goods that enter and exit the warehouse
* Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
* General housekeeping as you work
* Display positive personal attributes by being able to work off own initiative and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation and so you must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* A positive working attitude and the capability to take instruction well from team leaders and management
