We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people that have sustained a brain injury. We are looking for additional Support Workers in the Wimborne area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you.

We are recruiting for WAKE night support workers - Week one: Friday and Saturday - 7am to 7:10pm / Week two: Saturday and Sunday 7pm to 7:10 am.. The rate of pay are: Friday : GBP10:35 PH / Saturday : GBP10:80 PH / Sunday : GBP11:70 PH

We offer all our support workers a free enhanced DBS check, 25 days of paid annual holiday . You will have 24/7 contact with the office staff as well as regular supervisions and appraisals. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job. We will also provide you with extensive paid training, accredited Care Certificate, as well as specialist nurse led approach for clinical needs.

About the Client

You will be working with a gentleman who lives in the area of Wimborne. The individual has a Brain Injury, is very independent, enjoys going to the farm regularly to assist with the animals. Night staff are required to ensure his safety.

The right candidate must be passionate and proactive to make a difference in this man's life, to encourage his development and see him grow to her full potential of independence. All successful candidates must be able to drive to assist him with transport.
