Nexus People are looking for Warehouse Operatives in Northampton to work for one of the UKs leading logistics and distribution companies for a well know supermarket chain. You do not need experience for this role, as training will be given. We are keen to speak to you if you are thinking of applying, and more so if you have experience driving a LLOP, but you full training will be given so don't let that put you off!
Inductions are held every Wednesday and Sunday.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, and the site is located in Wellingborough (NN8 6AQ), so please ensure you are able to travel to get to work.
Working as a Warehouse Operative:
- Voice Chill/Ambient Picking
- Loading & Unloading within the warehouse
- Other general warehouse duties
Warehouse Operative Shift Times and Working Hours:
- Various shifts available
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 5 out of 7 days (this will include every weekend)
- Work allocated on a Rota - know your hours
After 12 weeks, your pay rate will increase from 9 to 10.13 per hour.
There is an increased rate paid for unsociable hours (18:00 - 06:00) and with plenty of overtime on offer, you could hit 18.43 an hour after 12 weeks and doing extra hours!
