Team Leader (Property Sector) Doncaster, GBP30000 plus bonus.
Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Team Leader to join a growing business as part of their professional team of property specialists based at their office in Doncaster.
This role which is ideally suited to somebody who has worked in the property sector in some capacity, ideally having a background in lettings, estate agency, conveyancing, or social housing.
Benefits include: GBP30000 basic salary plus bonus, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, modern working environment and free onsite parking.
Main duties;
• Own and hit/exceed quarterly and annual targets;
• Recruit, Train and provide focus the Property Deals team.
• Manage the Deals Team day to day, providing expertise, support and insight.
• Using data, proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
• Develop and nurture key relationships within your chosen area;
• Maintain an incisive and deep understanding of sector landscapes and trends;
• Understand and develop potential partners to understand their business needs and objectives;
• Effectively communicate the company offering & culture through each and every business dealing, proposal and buying process.
• Using available channels, update and inform the wider business of highlights, concerns and opportunities.
Skills, qualifications, and experience required:
• Attention to detail
• Maintaining at all times a flexible, approachable team ethos.
• Ability to Prioritise own workload and work to own initiative, within a supportive environment but, occasionally, without direct supervision.
• Focus on correct processes
Hours:
• Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
