A brilliant opportunity has come available for a HR Advisor in Milton Keynes to work for a well established service provider on a permanent basis, this role is a great time to join a great growing and fast paced business.
Job purpose;
As the onsite HR Advisor, you will provide professional advice, guidance and support to operational and line management, bringing consistency and best practice to ensure HR supports the delivery of local business objectives and provide people insight, advice and address any people risks.
You will possess extensive HR Advisor experience, supporting the teams in all HR matters. You will have a consultative and can do attitude, along with an understanding of employment law and current legislation. You will work collaboratively and openly whilst offering effective solutions for your business area.
The successful candidate will manage a small HR team to deliver a robust HR service and should possess excellent communication skills both written and oral alongside keen negotiation and influencing skills.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and must have been resident in the UK for a minimum period of 3 years.
