The role involves supporting the Technical Team with Administrative duties and the company offer excellent benefits, modern working environment and it is working in a lovely, friendly, welcoming team. Location: Horsforth with free parking and the opportunity to WFH

The role;

  • Scheduling engineer visits
  • Preparing works packs for engineers
  • Checking that funds are available for the work
  • Extensive communication with customers, both written and verbal
  • Assemble standard risk and method documentation to customer's requirements
  • Completing security documentation in conjunction with the allocated engineer
  • Booking parts using their SAP system
  • Expedite returns from customers
  • Schedule and despatch engineers jobs sheets
  • Invoicing

Who we are looking for;

An experienced Administrator who ideally has worked in Manufacturing, Technical/Engineering team, however other sectors will be considered. Strong IT skills, able to work on own initiative and have excellent communication skills.

Hours and benefits;

39 hour week
8-4.30 (3.30 on Friday)
25 days holiday plus stats and a holiday purchase scheme
Pension is 7% company contribution the employee has to put in 1%
