Vitality, Insurance Adviser (Consumer Healthcare Adviser), Stockport, GBP23,000 + Commission + Benefits

Shift pattern: 3 x days 9am - 5pm and 2 x days 12pm - 8pm with 1 x half day Saturday every 3 weeks (9.30am - 2.30pm)

We are looking for talented individuals who are committed to living our values and to delivering advised telephone sales to inbound hotkey and referred leads resulting in profitable, compliant sales and satisfied customers. As our Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for chasing up outstanding quotes for successful conversion and managing the onboarding process via liaising with internal departments.

Key responsibilities of our Insurance Adviser include:

- Achieving monthly sales and KPI targets

- Managing and developing customer contact to deliver profitable business and secure quality leads that maximise business opportunities whilst meeting customer needs

- Conducting initial consultations with customers to obtain relevant fact find, hard and soft facts, client objectives, aspirations and attitude to risk to enable suitable advice to be given which met customers' circumstances

- Presenting advice to customers, ensuring compliant sales which meet customer needs and divisional standards for the quality of advice and documentation

- Understanding customer needs to ensure that the different advice and non-advice options are delivered where appropriate

- Developing long term relationships with customers to enable lifetime value to be maximised

- Following quality best practice and sharing best practice ideas with the Manager, to ensure consistency across Telesales

- Operating within FCA guidelines

- Ensuring that local and role-specific Treating Customers Fairly requirements are met in line with your key outputs

- Managing portfolio of customer base on excel, ensuring accurate data capture and diarised call backs effectively
