We are currently handling a staff opportunity for a Senior Sales Advisor (Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire). Candidates must have previous experience in similar Sales or Property based role.

To lead and support the day-to-day Sales aspects of a busy Homes Developer, helping the business to achieve Sales in line with budgets and agreed incentives ensuring the customer has the best experience and level of service possible. Responsible for contributions to our marketing channels,

which is predominantly via social media.

* Marketing

* Implementation of agreed marketing plans for client and individual developments

* Management of website content and updating site plans etc

* Arranging and commenting on promotional literature and brand impression on developments

* Organisation of Sales approach and Show Homes. Sales:

* Day to day co-ordination of Sales aspects and team.

* Supporting with the setup of new Sale sites.

* Assisting Sales Consultants to achieve Sales through considered negotiation and or alternative approaches.

* Monitoring of Sales process from initial lead through to concluded missive and customer entry. Ensuring good communication and administration throughout.

* Engagement with financial advisors and solicitors where necessary to facilitate transactions.

* Administrative control of the business's CRM system (Hubspot)

* Carry out regular competitor analyses to assist the business continue delivering quality at the correct market level.

* Produce regular reports on sales to the board.

* Compliance of self and team to the various Codes of Practice associated with NHBC / Consumer Code etc CONTACTS/LIAISON: External: Customers, Professionals. Internal: Construction Teams, Sales Advisors and Board REPORTING TO: Reporting to the Homes Board, whilst working closely with both the Sales Director and Development Director.

* A thorough understanding of the home selling/buying process, both legal and financial.

* Ability to consider 'outside the box' solutions and convey these to support successful sales.

* Confident engaging with people, helpful, authentic.

* Organised and capable of multi-tasking where required.

* Ability to sell quality products and an awareness of housebuilding construction.

* IT literate particularly in MS applications and CRM systems.

* Ability to deliver targets as a team.
