Job Description
Farley and jones are currently recruiting Call Centre Agents for a world-renowned business based in Loughborough. The role involves working in a high-pressure environment, it is not working from a script like most call centres but using their own initiative and candidates need to think on their feet. There are a lot of processes in place, and you will receive 4 weeks of training when you start.
This role is office based, and requires you to work from 2 screens, so you will need to be able to multitask and be computer literate. Some home working may be required due to covid measures, but this is limited and subject to change.
Shifts
08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 16:00 finish on Friday
09:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 17:00 finish Friday
Duties will include:
?? Call handling
?? Customer Service including complaints handling
?? Processing customer orders and data entry
?? Quote preparation for potential clients/consumers
Ideal candidate
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Able to work in a team but also on own initiative
?? Able to work in a fast-paced environment
?? Confident and professional telephone manner
?? IT Competent and able to use 2 screens and multiple systems at once
?? Can work to deadlines and to targets
Additional Information:
?? Competitive Bonus structure, earn up to GBP500 every quarter (98% of staff achieve this)
