Our client based in central Reading is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their busy and growing team for a Fixed Term 12 month contract. You can be based from our clients Reading, Warrington, Manchester or London offices.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be the first point of contact for the recruitment team and will support with the end to end recruitment process. As the Recruitment Administrator you will correspond with both internal and external stakeholders with a variety of recruitment queries.

Your role:
Support the end to end recruitment process, including the annual Graduate and Summer Intern recruitment intake

Support the development of Apprenticeship schemes

Monitor the recruitment inbox

Keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and accurate

Proof-read job descriptions and job advertisements

Manage advert posting on external job boards

Support the collation and reporting of information to the Northern Ireland Equality Commission

Sifting applications

Scheduling interviews

Co-ordinate assessment centres

Corresponding with external recruitment agencies

Ensure all candidate data is managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines

Essential

You might already be working in HR, or Recruitment, or this role could suit a graduate with aptitude and attitude to work in HR

Experience of working collaboratively within a team

Administration experience

First class customer service

Demonstrable competence in IT (confident using Microsoft Office and be comfortable with learning new systems)

Excellent interpersonal skills (with the confidence to deal with senior level internal and external stakeholders)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy (in both written and verbal communications)

Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment

Strong planning and organising skills

Able to prioritise and work to deadlines

Dynamic approach and able to use your initiative
