The role:
Working closely with the Sector and Customer Supply Planning Managers this role will be to maintain and improve the timeless (the length of notice a customer gives) and the quality (the accuracy of insight) of all known customer activities including New Business, Menu Changes, Promotional Activity, Seasonality and Operational. The role will require a high level of attention to detail, technical capability as well as the ability to simplify and communicate insight around demand
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Provide forecast intelligence, to support effective delivery of seasonal events e.g. schools planning
• Evaluate segmentation of Supported Customer products and regularly review forecast models, in order to priorities and analyse Supported Customer forecast patterns
• Maintaining forecast accuracy to KPI criteria to ensure stock and service metrics met
• Maintain data integrity to provide more accurate system-based forecast to allow improved effectiveness of the Supply Chain. Objectives
• Support improvements to first time availability
• Achievement of project deadlines
• Support the implementation of new/lost business
• Engage with internal and external customers to understand, recommend, and deliver forecast improvements
• Support a culture of continuous improvement You:

• Experience in the Foodservice industry
