Job Description:
We are currently recruiting highly skilled, proactive Key Workers to deliver intensive support to unemployed job seekers with multiple barriers to employment.
You will manage a case load of job seekers and you'll work intensively to identify the support needed to help your customers to gain employment. You'll have access to a network of training and support providers who can offer a range of interventions which are proven to enhance the skills of job seekers.
You will have experience working for a welfare to work provider and you will have an understanding of the complex barriers customers face. You will be target driven and self-motivated with an understanding of how to set effective SMART targets/action plans which are then followed up at each job seeker meeting, helping to ensure the perfect job is in reach.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
