Monday to Friday Hours: 8.30-5.30
Due to continued expansion; we are seeking experienced Perm Recruitment Executives to join our Perm Hub based in Stoke on Trent. We are interested in speaking to specialist Market Sector recruiters who have a proven track record and network to suited candidates.
We are offering a very competitive basic salary, plus monthly bonus from generated GP and the possibility of future earnings from placements.
We work in a relaxed environment and therefore to be successful you will need to be self-motivated and financially driven.
You will have a keen interest in your market, be able to maximise opportunities, grow your network, head hunt, negotiate, manage junior staff and track market movements.
This is a full 360 role which includes both the sales and service aspects of a consultant role;
Identifying, generating and maintaining a pipeline of business within your market sector
Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
Negotiating and acting between client and candidate to ensure both candidate and client needs are met
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates using online tools
Negotiating with clients, ensuring competitive fees are agreed
Maintaining an awareness of market competition and undertake competitor analysis
Writing job specifications, advertising and resourcing for job vacancies
Meeting with clients
Spotting opportunities for short, medium and long term wins
Maintaining a high quality database of candidates
Providing the highest standards of customer service
Manage, train and mentor junior staff
Utilise candidate searching tools and advertising techniques

Experience/Skills:
Must have at least 2 years' experience within recruitment
The ability to deliver professional and credible verbal and written communication to both candidates and clients
Must be confident, possess drive & passion to set up a new sector specialism
Be able to thrive in a fast paced, busy working environment with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements
Possess great leadership skills and be an effective communicator at all levels
Must have own transport in order to attend client visits
You will need to be an excellent communicator & negotiator to generate new business and grow relationships to deliver an exceptional service in a very competitive market
Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed
Proven track record of sales and account management
