As one of the most successful independent and forward-thinking recruitment companies across the West Midlands boasting an office network of three branches, we are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator based out of our office in Worcester.

- Able to conduct simple excel tasks/reports

Tasks to include:

Making outbound and taking inbound recruitment calls with both candidates and clients
Headhunting via databases and social media
Posting jobs on relevant websites directly, including maintaining our own Job Opportunities webpages uploading jobs on to third party websites.
Updating our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts
Notifying unsuccessful candidates by e-mail at the conclusion of each campaign, dealing with requests for interview feedback and providing administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of recruitment campaigns
Administrator tasks i.e., reporting, tracking and diary managementWhat's on offer:

Recruitment experience is not essential, but someone with a background in a customer facing, customer service or administration role would be desired
