Customer Service Account Manager

Monday to Friday 8.30-17.30
If you are a true customer service account manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Account team of a Frome based organisation.
As a customer service account manager you will play an integral part in building relationships with the UK customer base, therefore previous experience within a business to business customer service role is essential.
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Provide support to our customers and members of your own team
Process sales orders
Manage existing key accounts effectively, involving some outbound calls
Display a polite and professional telephone manner
Liaise with business customers in resolving problems and answering queries via telephone, email and web chat
Attend client review meetings
Play an integral part in building relationships with our clients
