We are delighted to be recruiting for a Training and Development Manager.

Our established clients, based in Maidstone, operate over multiple sites and regular travel to these sites will be a requirement of the role.

This newly created role will be responsible for the training and development over the whole organisation along with line managing one direct report.

Ideally with a background in construction, you will have a minimum of 5 years solid experience in a similar L&D/training role.

Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes would be hugely beneficial to the role.

Due to the nature of the role applicants must be car driver/owners.
