The Role and Team
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with extensive experience of TUPE to join our team. You will be able to independently manage a TUPE workload including due diligence processes and any subsequent harmonisation projects whilst supporting the wider HR team with day to day HR advisory work as necessary. This role is temporary for a period of six months.
Reporting to the Director of HR, as well as being a key member of the HR team, the postholder will need to work closely with the HR Manager for Wiltshire Farm Foods and apetito Services, the WFF management team and the WFF in-house territory managers.

Responsibilities:
- Working on all aspects of acquisition transfers - TUPE, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance
- Undertaking the employee due diligence process prior to any acquisition
- Liaising with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure smooth transfer in terms payroll and other documentation
- Responsible for leading and managing people related organization change programmes to include harmonisation and restructuring as appropriate
- Responsible for ER queries in relation to transfers and harmonisation
- Responsible for supporting managers with case management for complex employee relations issues
- Able to utilize HR systems and contribute to the implementation of new systems in order to eliminate administrative tasks and improve the employee experience.
- Managing and contributing to HR projects as required and undertaking any other duties and responsibilities reasonably incidental and commensurate to the role.
