Site Manager ( Non Volume House Building)

Our client is a privately owned House Builder, they build quality, high end finished units and because the business is privately owned, they do not rush their build programmes to satisfy demand and shareholders' pockets.

As a business they operate across Kent, Surrey and Sussex and are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 2 year development of just over 20 houses close to Lingfield Park Racecourse.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager from a non-PLC / Volume House Building background to join and grow with the business as they enter a period of expansion.

Suitable candidates will have:

• New Build Traditional Build and Timber Frame experience.
• Stable career history with a small house builder.
• Experience of Planning and Programming their own sites.
• Strong relationships / good rapport with Sub Contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Material management.
• Management of labour.
• Programming.
• Regular program meetings with all trades to ensure program targets.
• Quality inspection and control.
• Organising connections for services.
• Promoting and managing Health and Safety on site.
• Client Liaison.

A strong basic salary of GBP55,000 per annum plus package including company commercial vehicle / car allowance, healthcare, pension, fuel card and excellent bonus potential and generous holiday entitlement.
