My Client a Global Law Firm are recruiting for an IT Finance Administrator within the IT Finance team on a 9 - 12 month contract. You will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the IT Finance mailbox consisting of processing IT purchase order requests and following supplier invoices through the approval process.
Main Duties:
- Central point of contact for all IT budget allocations and purchase order requests
- Record and assign invoices received into the IT department
- Assist with month end reports
- Interpret financial data/information
- Provide well structured, concise reports to IT management on request
- Central point of contact for all purchasing queries
- Provide a first class service both internally and externally by communicating effectively
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of financial concepts and reporting
- Experienced background of working in an accounting function or relevant qualifications
- Confident with using Excel
- Great team working skills and a passion for delivering results
- Demonstrating a flexible and collaborative working style across functions and geographies
- Ability to judge and manage priorities effectively and work to tight timescales
