Here at Conveyancing Data Services Ltd, we have exciting Customer Service Administrator opportunities available across 3 of our departments. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in Ruscombe and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP17,000 - GBP19,000 per annum, with an annual bonus and annual pay reviews! There is also the option of flexible home working post training (subject to some conditions)

Joining either the Drainage, InHouse or PLAS Department, your primary duties as a Customer Service Administrator will be to complete daily orders, answer telephones, handle queries efficiently and ensure a high standard of customer service is being delivered at all times. You may need to research specific property-related records that are maintained and managed by the Water Authorities or Local Authorities and assist with answering specific enquiries whilst meeting the needs of our clients.

You will also need to ensure good lines of communication with your team leader and other colleagues, and offer assistance to others when possible.

General responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

- Handling queries and complaints swiftly and competently

- Using a variety of systems and mapping to assist with locating properties

- Ordering certain components of searches through various online platforms

- Uploading search results in a timely and accurate manner

- Preparing accurate plans showing details of adopted highways

- Managing and supporting complex client requirements and follow the necessary processes to meet their needs

- Advising clients of turnaround times and delays

- Handling queries and complaints swiftly and competently

- Liaising with suppliers and your team to ensure that search orders are completed within the customers' deadline

- Establishing, developing and maintaining a good rapport with clients, your team, our search agents, and our suppliers

- Developing your own company and product knowledge and participate in relevant training

- Undertaking other duties as required by your department
