Community Housing Officer
Permanent |Across Birmingham and some home working | 35 Hours | GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Housing Officer to join our Birmingham Locality Team.
You will provide a high quality, cost effective service to GreenSquareAccords customers and you will be responsible for a designated portfolio of properties primarily located around Edgbaston, Bartley Green, Rubery and Selly Oak areas.
Although this is a generic role, it is essential that you have experience working in Housing Management with an in depth knowledge of dealing with anti-social behaviour, breaches of tenancy conditions, tenancy management issues and taking high level cases to court for enforcement action.
This role includes line management responsibility of an estate caretaker on a large estate within the locality. Thus, this is a great career development opportunity for the right candidate.
Due to the mobile nature of this role, it is essential that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
