Part Time Business Support Administrator
Leeds City Centre
Temporary possibly permanent
Part Time 22.5 hours
GBP9.00 per hour
My client a well-known organisation based in Leeds are recruiting a Business Support Administrator to join their Business Administration team on a temporary possibly permanent basis. For the right candidate demonstrating the right skill set, attitude and productivity along with applying themselves in the role there would be the opportunity to be considered for a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator:
*Accurate processing of requests submitted by the trading teams in Asda House (E.g. creation and maintaining of new lines to the business, / setting up and maintaining linksaves and supporting accurate retail price changes)
*Support key business activities, e.g. projects
*Working as a team to resolve problems as they arise
*Pro-active checks to identify and resolve issues
*Maintaining strong relationships with the Trading categories
*Being a support function, providing advice and coaching, promoting best practice
*Measuring performance and monitoring progress - producing / analysing reports
*Delivering workloads within agreed Service Level Agreements, ensuring the business need is at the forefront of decisions.
*Be flexible and agile and willing to take on additional activities within the Global Business Services
Requirements and Skills Set of the Business Support Administrator:
*Excellent organisation and communication skills both written and verbal.
*Proven Business Support Administration background and comparable skills.
*Demonstrate a pro-active can do attitude and prioritise your own workload.
*Excellent attention to detail, accurate and precise keyboard skills, thorough and methodical with the ability to follow processes and procedures.
*Strong IT skills, required to know and be able to utilise MS Excel at an intermediate level.
*Comfortable liaising with key stakeholders within the business and wider office connections.
*Ability to identify opportunities of improving the role and its responsibilities to make the role more efficient.

This role is offered on a part time basis of 22.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday 09.30 - 17.30
