Salary: GBP27,000 to GBP39,000 DOE

The Position:

Sleeping Giant Media is looking for someone to join this ever growing team of digital marketing GIANTS. If you're passionate about all things online marketing, and want to bring leadership to the role, you may well be the person we're looking for. This group of people want to welcome a brand new Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to the team who will lead and develop a portfolio of client accounts, while managing a team of like-minded GIANTS.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Account Manager role will require strong experience in PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Outreach Strategy and Social Media, as well as overall marketing strategy and account development. The Senior Account Manager will need the same, but will also be responsible for managing a pod of Managers to oversee the success of the team and the clients. The successful applicant will be expected to take ownership of client's accounts whilst proactively working with them and the specialist teams within Sleeping Giant Media to achieve the client's online objectives. Client facing skills are essential and the role will require the applicant to be responsible for and take ownership of a number of high value accounts. We want you to come into the team raring to go, and to constantly develop - pushing yourself, the team, and the business to greater levels of customer satisfaction through dedication to the role.

The Candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge of PPC, SEO a must, Social preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • An excellent grasp of mathematics and basic statistics
  • Ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • A keen ability to problem solve and find solutions
  • Evidenced passion for digital marketing essential
  • Google Adwords Professional Certified
  • Experience of managing a team desirable
  • Use of SEO diagnostics & outreach tools
  • Use of social management tools desirable
