One of high-profile clients is seeking a Planning and Steering Advisor to work within the HR Team on a

6-month initial contract.

The role

Within the overall HR team, the planning and steering advisor role is to support multiple topics that set the overall HR framework that the business operates within, aligned to the; the client's business and local CR-H HR strategies.

The role supports the design, development, implementation and improvement of processes, policies, frameworks, qualitative reports and quantitative reports relevant to the Planning and Steering scope of activity, which has, a direct impact on the business and the wider HR functions of Operations, Training and Recruitment.

The role supports the other internal functions as a back-desk function enabling them to provide seamless end to end internal "customer" experiences through the information it provides into these functions.

The role also encompasses supporting the delivery of business-critical change enablers and activities, orientated to high level strategic objectives.

The role also takes a high level of shared responsibility for key HR data reporting, analytics and upkeep of data integrity, in order to inform HR and wider business management decisions which ensure the current and future goals of our client and CR-H are achieved. This activity will drive significant working with business stakeholders at several levels to ensure the function becomes a trusted partner throughout the business.

What we're looking for

Degree and/or CIPD Level 7 qualification, in a HR / Business Management discipline 0-3 years' experience in an HR function, ideally including working alongside multiple HR functions and business partners

SAP/IT systems experience with the ability to handle large and complex data processing.

Operational HR experience desirable with some understanding on HR methods and solutions to improve performance and enhance HR contribution to the business.

Highly analytical with a focus on data driven decisions on key HR metrics, including headcount, compensation, grading and process design

Experience in supporting change projects in cross functional teams.

Additional Job Information

SAP HR user experience Advanced MS Office capability, particularly MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros and VBA coding) and PowerPoint skills

Experience in web-based intranet modification Ability to create and manage SharePoint pages and workflows

Good understanding of other data reporting software including Power BI Basic German language knowledge
