Eurogreen Environmental is one of the leading, fully licensed, greenwaste recycling sites in the West Sussex area. We accept greenwaste and woodwaste from many types of businesses including the local landscaping and gardening sector, tree surgeons and local authorities. We also offer a range of landscaping products for domestic and commercial use including the sought after, locally sourced, Fittleworth Stone.

We have a new opportunity available for a competent Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Worthing, West Sussex.

Sales & Marketing Assistant - The Role:

To assist the Operations Manager with day-to day running of busy office and to progress all marketing communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• First point of contact on incoming calls, answering all calls promptly
• Assist with Operations Manager admin work, including order taking, order processing pricing structures, calling customers, arranging deliveries and communicating with yard foreman on additional orders and sales
• Sorting PODS and tickets for invoicing
• Quote follow ups for account customers
• Marketing - updating website, social media and seasonal advertising
• Streamlining office processes
• Making regular outgoing calls to customer database to grow the business
• Front desk cover for Holiday and breaks - Serving customers on front desk, processing incoming green waste

Sales & Marketing Assistant - Key Competencies:

• Must have previous experience in a sales & marketing environment
• Previous experience of updating social media accounts
• Flexible - willing to help out wherever needed
• Excellent Communication and relationship building skills
• IT Literate.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player
