Sales Administrator- Office based

Please apply if you have experience working in a sales team and have strong Administration skill.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised full-time Sales Administrator to provide support to our Office and Project Manager in the daily tasks and activities of running the business.

You will work in the modern air-conditioned office of 1 to 3 people at Trident Court in Chessington with parking.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Following up customers enquiries after estimate sent via telephone and email to award the project. (important)

- Answering incoming calls from 8.30 am till 17:00 (max up to 15 to 20 calls per day)

- Responding to incoming emails and assigning the task to another team member.

-Assist office manager and Director in running the office and business.

- Updating CRM system in office to keep all data update.

- build a stronger relationship between customers and the company and suppliers.

- motivate and researcher for new supplier and new products opportunity.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:-

- A confident telephone manner with fluence English speaking and writing.

- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Internet

- Sales background required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Attention to details

- Able to work on own initiative

- Previous hotel receptionist experience will also be considered.

Working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Mondays to Fridays. (Excluding Bank Holidays).

21days paid Hollidays.

We will be conducting telephone interviews before in-office interviews.

Start date: 1st Of July
