Our client is on the lookout for Engineering Team Leader Electrically Biased to join their team in Bolton. Reporting to the Engineering Manager providing a high standard engineering service to the site including maintenance of plant, machinery and services to a safe and reliable standard.

Engineering Team Leader Electrically Biased - The Rewards

Salary up to GBP44,000
5 hrs per week (Day Shifts Mon - Fri with the occasional weekend) Engineering Team Leader Electrically Biased - Requirements

You must have engineering experience, electrical qualification, or other equivalent engineering qualification with mechanical and services experience.
Experience in a fast-moving Production Manufacturing environment
Have an analytical and systematic approach to fault finding and planning
Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH is desirable Engineering Team Leader Electrically Biased - Responsibilities

Support the achievement of these goals and objectives by working closely with hygiene, technical and production teams on a daily basis
Ensuring the machines perform to their best ability with the least amount of downtime
Complete planned maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs, installation and modification to plant and services
Maintain and repair plant and equipment to high Engineering, Quality, Safety and Hygiene standards
Ensure all Engineering work is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice, Health and Safety Legislation and current Company Standards
Learn and understand the correct operation of each piece of equipment
Fault diagnose and complete breakdown repairs of process equipment
Manage your workload and time plan seeking out improvements and running repairs
Undertake training and up-skilling programmes as directed by business needs
You will need to facilitate a speedy response to all plant stoppages and to help plan / implement modifications to new and existing equipment.
Ensure an in depth-handover is provided to oncoming shift, to include Engineering, manufacturing & warehouse issues About Us
