What you will do

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor's to handle orders over the telephone to join the team immediately on a fixed term basis until 25th June 2021. There may also be the opportunity for this fixed term period to be extended or even made permanent. All our calls are inbound so everyone you speak to wants to engage with us. Once you've handled our customer's order, you'll promote a special offer too.

Who are we looking for?

Our team come from various employment backgrounds but they all have one thing in common. They were all recruited as they demonstrated great communication and listening skills and an ability to build rapport. If you're naturally warm and friendly, motivated and keen to deliver a great customer experience, this could be the role for you.

Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 8pm every day of the week so we can offer a degree of flexibility over hours. You'll be required to work either a Saturday or a Sunday but currently, you won't need to work beyond 4pm on the weekend or any later than 5.30pm between Monday and Friday.
