Staff Nurse - Mental Health Rehabilitation Service
Im looking for a Newly qualified or Experienced Adult Nurses ( RGN ) Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ) or Learning Disabilities Nurses ( RNLD ) for full or part time roles available within a specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation and Step down service in Northampton, the salary is up to GBP18.86 once your preceptorship is completed.
Service type: Mental Health Rehabilitation
Location : Northampton
Salary: up to GBP18.86 per hour plus enhancements - negotiable dependant on experience
Hours : Full Time or Part Time hours available - you can choose depending on preference, the service can be flexible (options of: 22.5 hours, 33 hours or 35.75 hours per week)
Shifts : Options include Early shift 7.15am-19.45pm 7.15am-13.45pm Late shift 13.15pm-19.45pm days only 7.15am-13.45pm Night shift is 19.30pm-7.30am - you can choose depending on your preference

This Hospital offers a full rehabilitation service from Medium secure to semi-independent living options.
Our locked rehabilitation services have been designed for men (with separate provision for women) of working age, whose complex mental health needs and risk factors require treatment in a secure hospital ward. As they move along their journey towards integration with the community inpatients participate in a range of activities, both within the hospital and in the community, to develop their independent living skills
The Service has a good CQC rating across all key lines of enquiry. They have a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover. They are very big on staff development and training. They have an extremely high staff to patient ratio. They have amazing training and development opportunities along with clear progression pathways and preceptorships available for newly qualified Nurses
Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Hospital offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. Nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the hospital. Nurses will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. Nurses will receive ongoing support from your Manager. Training and development is one of the major ethos' of the hospital. There are no limits to training and development as the hospital will fund any training course you would like to do that is relevant to your job role.
