Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: GBP18,000 per annum
Location: Stockton On Tees
Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:
Engage with clients / customers to ensure solutions are provided
Respond to customer queries via telephone / email
Deliver training to customers as necessary either by phone or email
Communicate and update customers regularly around issues
Escalate necessary issues
Ensure customers are able to utilise website to full potential
Update customer records
Provide customer satisfactions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Strong communication and questioning skills
Computer literate
Strong customer service skills
Ability to understand trouble shoot issues
Experience working within a helpdesk environment - desirable
