What does a typical day in this role look like?

* Collating the data across the team and transforming this into performance presentations for stakeholders to demonstrate success
* Working closely with the National Field Manager to ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned to business objectives and vision
* Coaching and developing the Omnichannel Development Manager team via field accompaniment, ad-hoc meetings, and performance review support
* Representing the field team at senior stakeholder meetings and conference calls
* Deputising in National Field Manager absence
* Driving sales and engagement in retail and encouraging customers toward an omni purchase pathway
* Build strong working relationships with retailers during physical visits and via virtual visits
* Understanding how the channels and retailers operate and adapting your approach to suit this
* Identifying opportunities to grow market share and placement in the stores and on retailer websites
* Maintaining excellent understanding of the business's visions, objectives, and marketplace
* Audit aligned retailer website and applications on both HP and competitor products
* Implement operation requests made from Trade Marketing team
* Assist trade marketing team with any document and communication collation
* Prepare commercial justification for visit with clear action plan to deliver ROI
* Manage and support implementation of Advocacy scheme within local call file
