This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting customer contract at Sheffield.


Our Planning Managers provide the business with accurate staffing level plans for deployment, maximising scheduling capability based on pre-determined forecast volumes for both Clipper, Clients and Agency Colleagues to meet our service demands. They plan the resource requirements for peak periods, throughout the year, and highlight any skills gaps for operations whilst also supporting on capacity planning and data analysis to generate management reports for existing and potential new business opportunities.


The Planning Manager is accountable for:


  • Providing accurate and detailed S&OP and Capacity planning to the site.
  • Analysing the forecast volumes and schedule shifts / colleagues / agency partners accordingly to produce accurate resource plan based on data received
  • Forecasting initiatives, proposing best cost solutions to meet customer demands
  • Highlighting any skills gaps to Operations to ensure the multi-skilling programme is maintained.s.
  • Engaging with all levels of management to ensure received data is accurately maintained to keep plans up to date
  • Challenging operational deviations from the plan in a controlled structured manner
  • Supporting on the planning for space utilisation of current and new business
