Previous valeting experience is essential. You also have to be self-motivated and a team player to work together with other operatives.
Previous machine polishing experience (mopping) is essential. Deadlines will have to be met and organisation is key. A full driving license must be held and must be free from any previous claims due to insurance prerequisites.
