We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team based in Manchester.

The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for dealing with IT technical issues and tasks that have been escalated to the Desktop Support Team, via the IT Service Desk.

We are keen to secure a candidate with experience of working in an IT 2nd line desktop analyst role, ideally in a corporate environment. Candidates should also have experience of using an established Service Desk ticketing tool and knowledge of Blackberry, Big Hand, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory and mobile devices.

The successful candidate must have the ability in applying technical expertise and to take the lead in driving the resolution of issues owned by the team. This can include aiming for a high first time fix rate of incidents across our network, systems and offices; together with support of users' PC's such as password resets, installing software and resolving user issues.
