Are you an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills looking for a rewarding role? We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our administration team.

About the role

Our administration and customer service hubs are organised by specialties which include Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT and Ophthalmology. Each team is responsible for all appointment bookings, from the first Outpatient visit, to surgery and post-operative reviews and includes liaison with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services. There is a high level of patient contact over the telephone and in reception areas.

Your excellent organisational and customer service skills and a sincere desire to be part of a team that takes great pride in helping patients, will mean you will be a crucial member of the administration team.

The working hours for this role are 37.5 per week split across 5 days (Monday-Saturday). Some flexibility in the working pattern may be required.
