Service Administrator
Hours: Alternate weeks Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00 and 08:00 to 18:00
Responsibilities:
* Generate and take bookings for service and repairs
* Ensure that the appointment register is kept up to date
* Ensure that jobs carried over to the next day are carried forward
* Ensure that the best possible information is recorded and included on the job card
* Keep customers updated on jobs
* Organise efficient collection and delivery of vehicles to minimise downtime
* Check through previous night's job cards, contact customers with a full update on work carried out and any outstanding defects.
* Provide administrative support
* Provide support to customers over the phone and by email
* Chase order numbers
* Raise job cards
* Send invoices and provide quotes to customers
* To provide a high quality of written communication on work including our internal documents, customers documents and the department of transports documents.
Skills required:
* Ability to plan ahead effectively and multi task
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Good customer facing skills is essential
* Previous experience within the motor industry
* Previous experience delivering excellent administration and customer service is essential.
* Previous experience with Kerridge is preferred
* Full driving licence is preferred
* Team Player
* Effective communicator
* Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
